Short Character Bio/History: Ike Fairchild. Scholar, lover of sweets, half decent mage. And unknown to many others. A twisted old wizard who has been constantly transferring his soul into new bodies for centuries. All in the effort of increasing his repertoire of magical knowledge and eventual godlike power and complete domination of the universe. Crazy and possibly generic? Certainly. But that's not really something that Ike cares about. He wants power, nothing else will satisfy him. As his cover, he poses as the eccentric, but affable scientist for the Magic Council. Secretly coveting the power that a council seat would grant him.


Story You Want to Have: I plan on making Ike something of a recurring villain for a lot of people. Often having him either harass your characters in a dark alley with the intent on experimentation. Or barging into the middle of guild jobs to swipe important artifacts and creatures. Hanging an adorable orphan over a bridge and threatening to drop them unless you hand over the macguffin. That's the kind of thing Ike would do. Unleashing a horde of mutated woodland critters in order to distract the heroes while he makes off with the sword of destiny? That has Ike all over it.


So I'd like to offer people simple one-shot threads of Ike being somewhat of a dick and either interfering with Guild jobs for his own agenda. Attempting to kidnap and dissect people. Or just generally causing havoc and general chaos in order to observe others with interesting forms of magic. All to establish him as a roving threat to the safety of the region.

Later on I'd certainly be willing to work with others into making him the BBGE of various plots.



tl;dr I would like to make a villain. A pretty damn evil one at that.
