This site has officially been changed into a site that follows a type of Honor System. There are no positions, there are no magic apps, there are no ranks/classes, etc. There is only a single Character app that requires a few things and then once that is put up and approved of. After that you get to RP on site and have fun. This system is completely reliant on trust which means that people will not be allowed here if the members do not feel like they can trust them. The way this works is that you simply RP stories out with your character and are trusted to not do any of the negative things that some RPers do(Godmod people to make their characters do what you want, make out your character to be a sort of Godly person or make them unbeatable, etc). Some of this is stated in the Code of Conduct rules, which should also be followed.
Below I will explain the character app that is needed to be posted.
Name:(This is where you put the name of your character)
Gender:(Male or female?)
Race:(What race is your character? Human, fishman, demon, tentacle monster..?)
Age:(How old is this character?)
Appearance:(Put how your character looks here. Their height, hair color, eye color, any special characteristics, etc. Stuff like that. Also state your FC here.)
Personality, etc:(You put what makes your character them here. What is their personality like? Maybe give some of their backstory to explain this a bit. Be original and try to stand out if you want. You should put at least 300-500 words in here at least.)
Magic:(This is where you explain your character's magic, what it can do and how they use it.)
Character Abilities:(This is where you put what special things your character can do. This can be something like a passed down trait that they only or something similar to that. Something like an affinity towards a certain element, being able to absorb certain things, maybe increased senses, etc)
Guild:(What guild you are a part of or would like to be a part of. Also be sure to say where the tattoo is on their body for that guild here too. If you do not want to be a part of a guild simply put 'Independent Mage' here.)
And its simple as that. A member of staff will look over your app to make sure it is fine and explains things well enough then will put you in a guild and you will be off and ready to RP.
Mention on Number of Characters You can Have on Site - You can make multiple chars on site. Just be sure to have in your signature saying who your main char is or who you are. Also do not take advantage of this and make a swarm of alts.
There will be a FC list set up soon so that we all know who has what also.
A World That Is Affected By You - Everyone on site has their own stories. Some stories will intertwine with others and other stories might be standalone. One thing that makes these stories stand out though is that your stories can affect the story of the site/world depending on what you do. Take for example if you were to kill a prominent member of the Magic Council. The world will be affected by his/her death and there will need to be a replacement made. Depending on the circumstances of the MC member's death, you could become wanted and have a sort of bounty on your head. This is to show that your stories have a much bigger impact than you would have thought and is what this site is based on. The RPing we will be doing here and the story. Staff will be in charge of coming up with things that happen in the world due to the stories on it which can even be used to trigger events. So go and have fun with making your stories.
